Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you (and the organisation you represent) and ZeusK8s ("Zeus", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Zeus provides a control plane for provisioning, connecting, and operating Kubernetes clusters and related infrastructure across cloud and self-hosted environments. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and, if using Zeus on behalf of an organisation, have authority to bind it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no infringing or attacking others’ systems, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law, and no use that violates a third party’s rights. You are responsible for the workloads you run through Zeus.

5. Plans, fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose. Prices shown are the annual (billed yearly) rates; paying monthly costs more. Usage above your plan’s included limits is billed as overage at the rates published on our pricing page. All prices are exclusive of taxes; applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices on renewal with reasonable notice.

6. Free tier and trials

We may offer a free tier and time-limited trials. These are provided "as is" and may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time, for any account or in general, without liability. Trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose one; we do not charge you automatically when a trial ends.

7. Your data and your infrastructure

You retain all rights to your content and to the clusters and infrastructure you manage with Zeus. Zeus manages your infrastructure but does not own it — you can export your configuration (for example kubeconfig files) and continue operating independently at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Zeus and its software, documentation, and brand are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. We welcome feedback and may use it without restriction.

9. Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party platforms (for example cloud providers). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for any charges they bill you directly.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Zeus against claims arising from your use of the service, your content or workloads, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by us.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. On termination your right to use the service ends; you remain responsible for fees accrued, and you can export your configuration as described above.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "last updated" date; material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Madison County, Indiana have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
