Who we are
ZeusK8s ("Zeus", "we", "us") provides a control plane for managing Kubernetes clusters and related infrastructure. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our service, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Information you give us: when you create an account, start a trial, request a demo, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, work email, company, and anything you include in your message.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the site we receive standard server log data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps — used to keep the service secure and reliable.
We do not collect special-category personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use first-party cookies for the site to function and to remember your preferences. With your consent, we also load Google Tag Manager, which may set analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
Analytics cookies are loaded only after you accept via the banner shown on your first visit. You can decline — in which case only strictly-necessary cookies are used — and change your mind any time by clearing cookies in your browser. Strictly-necessary cookies are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off.

How we use your information
To provide and operate the service, respond to your enquiries, send service and account communications, maintain security and prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — measure and improve how the site is used (analytics) and send you product updates.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the service); our legitimate interests (to secure, improve, and market the service in a proportionate way); your consent (for optional communications and non-essential cookies); and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing and disclosure
We share personal data only with service providers (sub-processors) that help us run the business — for example hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, loaded only with your consent) — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a corporate transaction.
We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
We may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for the life of your account plus a reasonable period afterwards — or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — which we do not do.

Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the risk — including encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "last updated" date; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
